  • Stage 00 BIM Fundamentals
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a process that uses a data-rich 3D model to provide comprehensive information about building design, construction, and operation. The fundamentals of BIM include data, processes, and technology, all of which work together to improve collaboration and communication among stakeholders, reduce errors and delays, and ultimately deliver more efficient and sustainable building projects.
  • Stage 01 Be Specialist In Modeling
specializes in creating and managing 3D models using BIM software for building projects. You will can ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards, collaborating with stakeholders, running simulations, and creating documentation to support project planning, design, and construction. You will become a BIM Specialist in Modeling, as well as you will be experience with BIM software and you will have a strong technical skills.
  • Stage 02 Secrete Of Design Drawing
BIM Design Drawing is a process that uses a 3D model to create accurate and detailed construction drawings for building projects. It offers advantages over traditional 2D CAD drawings, including accuracy, efficiency, coordination, and visualization. BIM Design Drawing involves using BIM software to generate 2D drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details with annotations and other information to support construction. It is an important part of the overall BIM process and helps to ensure that building projects are designed and constructed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stage 03 BIM Department System
BIM can be used for both steel and architectural models in building projects. For steel models, BIM can create accurate 3D models, analyze structural behavior, and generate fabrication drawings and bills of materials. For architectural models, BIM can create detailed 3D models, generate construction drawings, and coordinate different building systems. BIM is also useful for collaboration and sharing information among project stakeholders, reducing errors and rework, improving communication, and increasing efficiency throughout the building lifecycle.
  • Stage 04 Expert In Family
Revit Families are pre-built 3D models of building components or equipment that can be used in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit. They are either built-in (System Families) or custom-made (Component Families), and can save time, improve accuracy, and ensure consistency in building design. To create a Revit Family, designers must create a 3D model, add parameters to make it parametric, and then save and share it for others to use in their own projects.
  • Stage 05 Collaboration with Team
Collaboration is essential to the success of BIM projects. By teaching collaboration on BIM process, you can help stakeholders work together more effectively, improve efficiency, and reduce errors. By following the tips outlined in our diploma, you can help to ensure that your BIM projects are successful and that stakeholders are able to work together effectively to achieve their goals.
  • Stage 06 Coordination with Department
Coordination is a critical aspect of BIM that ensures successful project delivery. By developing a coordination plan, using standardized processes and templates, providing training and support, establishing a coordination team, using collaboration tools, and encouraging collaboration, you can overcome the challenges associated with coordination in BIM and ensure successful project outcomes. By teaching coordination in BIM, you can help stakeholders work together effectively and achieve a common goal and that's we seeking to achieve on our diploma.
  • Stage 07 Workflow Technical BIM Standard
  • Technical BIM standards is essential for ensuring that students and professionals have the skills and knowledge needed to work effectively with BIM. By using hands-on exercises, providing context, using visual aids, encouraging collaboration, and using online resources, instructors can overcome the challenges associated with teaching technical BIM standards and help their students to succeed in the construction industry and we will see this on diploma.
  • Stage 08 Workflow Technical Project Template
A BIM technical project template is a predefined structure that outlines the essential components of a BIM project, including project information, scope, BIM execution plan, model and data management, project delivery, quality control, training and support, and appendices. It provides guidance for consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the BIM process and should be regularly reviewed and updated throughout the project.
  • Stage 09 Workflow Technical Model
It is the practical application stage of the stage 01 this stage exposes you to the use of all the tools that you have previously studied to produce a real project that can be implemented on the ground.
  • Stage 10 Workflow Technical Concrete Dimension
It is the practical application stage of the stage 02 And through this stage, we will be exposed to working on a real project and extracting its drawings in all its details, and this product is what engineers are exposed to in the working field.
  • Stage 11 Workflow Technical RFT Drawing
BIM shop drawings are detailed drawings created using BIM software tools (Revit) that show how prefabricated components will be manufactured and assembled for a construction project. They are created by contractors or fabricators and provide detailed information on the dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications required to produce and install the components. BIM shop drawings are essential for ensuring the accuracy and quality of prefabricated components, identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems during construction, and improving collaboration and communication among project stakeholders.
  • Stage 12 Quantity And Survey
BIM Quantity and Survey is a process of extracting accurate quantities and measurements of building elements and components from a BIM model using specialized software tools. It can be used for cost estimation, material ordering, and project scheduling, and generates reports that can be customized to meet project needs. BIM Quantity and Survey is highly accurate and efficient, eliminating the need for manual takeoffs and measurements, and improving project efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Stage 13 Invoice using BIM
We will learn how to make or review an invoice so that it takes the same items from the measurement, and we will apply practically to this in a complete model, so that we use the Qs (Quantity and Survey) that came out and make an invoice from them. We will also learn to add the parameters that we need in the Qs, and of course, we will learn how to output it to the Excel.
  • Stage 14 Management BIM using Power BI
BIM integration with Microsoft Power BI involves connecting BIM data to Power BI to create interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide insights into the construction project. Power BI is a cloud-based business analytics service that provides interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities with an easy-to-use interface. BIM integration with Power BI can improve project management and increase efficiency by providing real-time insights into the project's performance, identifying potential risks, and enabling proactive measures to be taken to mitigate them. Overall, BIM integration with Power BI provides a powerful tool for construction project management and decision-making.
  • Stage 15 BIM 4D & 5D Cost Estimation                                                 4D adds the time dimension, allowing you to schedule and visualize construction sequences. Imagine seeing your building come to life step-by-step! 5D brings in the cost dimension, letting you attach costs to elements, track budgets, and generate automatic estimates. It's like having a built-in financial calculator for your project.
  • Stage 16 Create Your Opportunity                                            Creating an opportunity on LinkedIn can be done in several ways, including posting a job opening, sharing a post, reaching out to your network, or joining a group. LinkedIn is a powerful networking tool that can be leveraged to identify and create opportunities that align with your goals and interests.
